The Association meets twice a year, in the Spring and the Fall, hosted by member departments across the district.

The Fall meeting includes the Memorial Service and the annual election of officers. Only members of departments in good standing may vote. Register by 10:00 a.m. to be eligible for attendance and mileage awards. Children 6 and under eat free.

Department dues for 2027 are due before this meeting.
Host a district meeting
Host departments provide the meeting and memorial facilities and manage registration and meals. Registration fees are set by the host up to $15 per person, with $2 of each fee remitted to the district. The outgoing President's town has first priority to host the Fall convention. New Constitution and Bylaws adopted
Following a first reading at the Spring Convention in Moffat, members adopted a modernized Constitution and Bylaws on June 9, 2026, and the Association has reorganized as a 501(c)(3) public charity. Read the Bylaws.
